- All participants call the toll-free number assigned to you a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. The Chairperson (Host) will have a separate password identifying him/her as the Host of the call. All Active participants will enter the appropriate password as will the Listen Only participants.
- When the Chairperson is ready the conference is started by pressing "9" on his/her touch tone key pad.
- All participants are then brought into the conference.
- The Chairperson can then control the call (muting, etc.) via simple touch tone commands.
